Willie Lee Douglas

Willie Lee Douglas, 87, of Jacksonville, Fla., died on Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2022, after a long illness. Douglas was born in Jasper and was the oldest child and first twin of Norman Wilson Douglas Sr. and Zilpha Irma Perry. Douglas was preceded in death by his parents; beloved wife of 57 years, Beverly A. Douglas; a twin brother, Norman Wilson Douglas Jr.; a sister, Jewell L. Hill; a son, Willie Lee Douglas Jr. and a granddaughter, Cheryl Pearson Kendall. Douglas was an active member of the Westside Baptist Church up until his illness restricted his activities.
