Wanda Peacock

Wanda Sue Peacock was born in Live Oak, Fla., on July 11, 1955, to the late Cleo and Shirley Brown Bennett. She married the love of her life, DeWayne Peacock. She worked briefly at Hamilton County Hospital in Jasper, but once she became a mother, Peacock wanted to do nothing more than be a real homemaker, one that would always be there for her husband and son. She was a one-of-a-kind woman that loved her family deeply. Peacock was a devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother. When her son was young, they were always out go-cart racing or at the ball field. Later, it was riding the ranger on the back roads in the evening, fishing or spending time with the grandchildren she adored.
