Summer meal kits available for Hamilton County students

Danny Federico  reporter3.riverbendnews@gmail.com The Hamilton County School District's food service department has announced it will distribute free meal kits to students throughout the summer as a way to ensure children in the area have access to meals when school is not in session. Kits will be distributed at several locations throughout the county from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on select Tuesdays. Distribution dates include July 1, July 8, July 15 and July 22. Sites designated for pickup include the Bellville Fire Department parking lot, the Jennings Public Library parking lot, the Jasper Public Library parking lot and the White Springs Public Library parking lot.
