Families and friends gathered at Cleve Sikes Field on Friday, Aug. 21, as Branford High School honored its student-athletes during Senior Night festivities prior to the Buccaneers’ football game against Eagles View.
Seniors from the Buccaneers’ football, girls golf, cheerleading, majorettes, dance and cross country teams were honored, with each senior and their family members crossing center field as their names were announced.
The celebration gave Buccaneer nation the opportunity to recognize the graduating athletes for their contributions to Branford High School athletics before kickoff.
