Recently, Riverbend News was asked by one of our readers to look into the laws governing the operation of all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), four-wheelers, and side-by-sides in Suwannee County due to confusion surrounding it. The reason was due to some confusion concerning the law and who can operate an ATV and where. So we decided to look into it.
