Rotary Club of Branford to turn up the heat with annual Community Festival and Chili Cookoff

Danny Federico editor@riverbendnews.org Residents of Branford and the surrounding areas will have the opportunity to enjoy a day of food, music and friendly competition during the Fourth Annual Community Festival and Chili Cookoff on Saturday, Nov. 8. This event, hosted by the Rotary Club of Branford in partnership with the Interact Club of Branford High School, will take place at the Suwannee River Greenway. Individuals interested in putting their chili recipe to the test can register between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. for $20. Public entry for judging will be open from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with tasting tickets being available for $5 in cash or $5.25 when purchased by card. Final votes mus
