Robert Lee “Bobby” Robinson, Jr., 90, of Mayo, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2025, at his home. He was born in Fort White, Fla., to the late Robert Lee Robinson, Sr. and Lola Robinson Sirmans. Mr. Robinson was raised in Lake City and graduated from Columbia High School in 1952. Following graduation, Mr. Robinson went to work for the State Road Department and attended Georgia Tech in Atlanta. He served our country in the Florida National Guard and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Robinson worked for and retired from Southern Bell in Lake City, as well as Live Oak Pest Control in Live Oak.
