NFC Foundation receives $50,000 grant from CFSC

NFC Contributor The North Florida College (NFC) Foundation has been awarded a $50,000 grant from the Edward K. Roberts Community College Fund of the Community Foundation of Sarasota County (CFSC). The funding will provide scholarships that help NFC students overcome financial barriers and continue pursuing their educational and career goals. The Edward K. Roberts Scholarship assists students with tuition, books, supplies and essential living expenses, helping them remain enrolled and focused on completing their education. Scholarship preference is given to part-time students who may not qualify for other forms of financial aid, as well as to student parents working to build a better fut
