Lorena Williams Peach

Lorena Williams Peach of Jasper, age 81, passed away on March 17, 2021, following a lengthy illness. Peach was born March 25, 1939, in Juliette, Ga., to her parents Edward Lamar Williams and Lillian Harrison Williams. Peach was the only girl in the family with five older brothers (always maintaining that she was not spoiled). She graduated from Mary Persons High School in Forsyth, Ga., in 1957 and later attended the University of Georgia, Georgia Southwestern University and received her Bachelor of Education degree in Teaching from Georgia Southern University.
