Lafayette Commission declares May as National Foster Care Month

After approving the minutes from the previous meeting, the Board called for public comment, to which there was no response. The Board then moved on to its department head reports. Building and Zoning Director Garrett Land spoke first. He told the Board that the cleaning lady for the second, third and fifth community centers had quit, and was asking for permission to hire Marissa Hollis as the new cleaning lady.
