Know the 2025-26 school immunization requirements

In childcare and/or family day care situations, the following immunizations are required: • Diphtheria-tetanus-acellular pertussis (DtaP) • Inactivated polio vaccine (IPV) • Measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) • Varicella (chickenpox) • Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib) • Pneumococcal conjugate (PCV15/20) • Hepatitis B (Hep B) For entry into preschool, the following are required: • DtaP • IPV • MMR • Varicella • Hib • Pneumococcal conjugate (PCV15/20) • Hepatitis B (Hep
