Kennedy’s Call to Service: Reigning American Little Miss Florida pays a local visit

Ady Hammock editor@riverbendnews.or Kennedy Kafka, the 6-year-old Reigning American Little Miss Florida and a Live Oak resident, has been at work in the community lately. Kennedy will be heading to the national pageant in July, and as part of her journey, she has done several community projects through her platform, Kennedy’s Call to Service. On Tuesday, March 31, Kennedy paid a special visit to the Live Oak Fire Department. She brought treats for the firefighters during her visit before posing for a photo. Kennedy also paid a visit to the Live Oak Police Department recently, also bearing gifts. She put together a basket full of activities, blankets books and toys to gi
