Jasper man attempts to hit ex-partner with semi

Grace McAlister [email protected] On Saturday, Dec. 11, the Jasper Police Department (JPD) was dispatched to Sun Stop #349 on US 129 in Jasper, in reference to a man attempting to hit the caller with his semi-truck. According to the JPD report, when Officer Myers arrived on the scene, the victim explained that her ex-partner, Moses Hill, attempted to run her over with a semi after exiting the vehicle. Prior to exiting the vehicle, the victim stated she asked Hill several times to stop the vehicle, but he denied her request.
