Jasper City Council sets dates for budget hearings

The meeting began with the Council approving the agenda for the evening before proceeding to its consent agenda items. The consent agenda included the minutes from the Thursday, June 26, Council meeting, the Thursday, July 10, emergency meeting minutes, and the May checks. The Council approved all three items unanimously. The Council then moved on to the city manager's report.
