Bettie J. Oxendine

Bettie J. Oxendine, of Jasper, passed away on Monday, Aug. 30, 2021, at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville, Fla. Oxendine was a longtime resident of Jasper. She was the widow of the late Ray Oxendine. Oxendine worked and retired from Jasper Textile. She was a loving and caring Christian lady and was a faithful member at Bright Pond Baptist Church, as long as her health permitted. Oxendine was always "doing" for others, whether it be fixing meals, babysitting or just riding to the doctor or going shopping with a friend for the company.
