Attorney raises concerns over Hamilton County Tourist Council

During the regular meeting of the Hamilton County Board of County Commissioners on Monday, Aug. 17, Carey Carmichael of Carmichael Law spoke to the Commissioners about issues with the Hamilton County Tourist Development Council (TDC).
Carmichael said he was representing Neomia “Mia” Marie Mauldin in a lawsuit he planned to file. Carmichael provided a written letter to the commissioners and County Attorney Andrew Decker, outlining several concerns.
