White Springs voters to decide on charter amendments April 28

Voters in the Town of White Springs will head to the polls on Tuesday, April 28, for a municipal referendum election that will determine the fate of several proposed amendments to the town’s charter.
According to the official notice, the ballot will consist solely of charter amendments, as candidates who qualified for Town Council Seats 1, 3 and 5 ran unopposed and are therefore deemed elected without appearing on the ballot.
Residents will be asked to vote “for” or “against” the following six proposed amendments, each addressing different aspects of town governance.
