White Springs Town Council reviews water systems improvement project

Opening the meeting was Kellen Lindsey of CPH Consultants, who went over a multi-million dollar project to improve the water system. The public hearing included a discussion of the facilities improvements plan, the need for the project, proposed improvements, project alternatives, cost impacts, and the fiscal impact of the selected alternatives.  According to Lindsey, the planning phase was funded through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s (FDEP) Revolving Fund Program that the town received in 2023.
