White Springs Town Council approve multiple new ordinances

Mayor Tonja Brown requested that an item titled "Mayor's Presentation" be added to the agenda. Councilman Robert Gamsby requested that an item be placed under new business to discuss a one-year performance review of Town Manager Lee Garner.
