White Springs police department resigns

By Danny Federico Riverbend News The town council of White Springs held a regular council meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 9, at 6:30 p.m. in the town hall council chambers, located at 10363 Bridge St. in White Springs. In attendance, were: Nicole Williams, Jaclyn Williams, Anita Rivers and various department representatives. During the meeting, the town council discussed various items, including the building and placement of a community center/emergency shelter. According to Joel Foreman, the town council's attorney, there would be an issue with the original location of the building when it comes to emergency situations.
