Warren retires from SCSO after four decades

Jason Futch  reporter2.riverbendnews@gmail.com After 41 years with the Suwannee County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO), Major Tom Warren is hanging up his boots to enjoy retirement. Warren’s last day with the agency was on Friday, June 6.   Warren first started with the SCSO in 1983, working in the patrol division under Sheriff Robert Leonard. In the early 1990s, he spent several years with the Leon County Sheriff’s Office while earning his Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University.
