VFW Post 8095 to host First Responders Day celebration in Jasper

Danny Federico reporter3.riverbendnews@gmail.com Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 8095 is set to honor local heroes with a special First Responders Day event on Wednesday, Oct. 9 at 6 p.m. The evening will feature awards, dinner and a theatrical performance, all aiming to recognize the “heroic men and women who take immediate action when disaster strikes.” The event will be held at the VFW hall, located at 11404 CR 6E, in Jasper. All individuals in the community are encouraged to attend in support of those who work tirelessly to protect and serve Hamilton County and beyond.
