The Suwannee Valley Transit Authority (SVTA) is advising senior citizens to act soon, as the deadline to schedule transportation for Senior Day at the Suwannee County Fair is Wednesday, March 18.
Senior Day will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24. The event will feature free lunch, live music and plenty of vendor options for participants to enjoy.
The SVTA is providing free transportation for senior citizens attending the event. To schedule transportation, call the transit authority at 386-362-RIDE (7433). For more information about the SVTA, visit www.ridesvta.com.
