Suwannee Valley Cornhole Tournament raises over $5,000 for United Way

By Jon Little: SVEC Director of Communications The Third Annual Suwannee Valley Cornhole Tournament, hosted on Saturday, Oct. 24, by the Suwannee Valley Electric Cooperative (SVEC), raised $5,028 for United Way of Suwannee Valley (UWSV), about $1,600 more than last year. This year's tournament featured a total of 30 teams divided into Competitive and Novice brackets. "The tournament gets bigger and better every year, and one of the things I like most about it is meeting the people who come out to play," said SVEC Director of Communications Jon Little.
