Suwannee School Board recognizes perfect FAST scores

The Suwannee County School Board met on Tuesday, Nov. 18, for its regularly scheduled meeting.
The evening began with Superintendent Ronnie Gray presiding, as the first order of business was the election of school board officers. Lesley Fry nominated Ed daSilva to serve as board chairman. Her motion was seconded by Norman Crawford and unanimously approved. Tim Alcorn then nominated Crawford to serve as vice chairman. His motion was seconded by Fry and unanimously approved.
The board members then elected to continue holding workshops on the second Tuesday of each month at 9 a.m., and regular monthly meetings on the fourth Tuesday of the month at
