Suwannee Middle School Volleyball Program announces open gym and tryouts

Hailey Waldo Riverbend News Suwannee Middle School (SMS) is gearing up for another volleyball season, with open gym sessions underway and official tryouts scheduled for the week of Monday, July 27. Student-athletes can sharpen their skills during open gym every Tuesday and Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The sessions provide players an opportunity to practice fundamentals, improve conditioning and prepare for tryouts. To be eligible for participation, all required paperwork must be completed before tryouts begin. The school requires both a sports physical and an EKG to be submitted by Friday, July 24.
