Suwannee Middle Bulldogs win Big Bend Championship

By Starr Munro Riverbend News The soccer teams of Suwannee Middle School (SMS) had a well-deserved Christmas break to end the year. The school's boys and girls soccer teams won the 2020 Big Bend Championship before the school closed for the holidays and brought a fantastic end to what was a stellar year for both teams. It was a memorable season for all, with the Lady Bullpups finishing theirs undefeated and the Bullpups winning the championship title for the fifth year in a row. The playoffs were both meant to be home games, but after a forfeit, the SMS boys instead spent the evening of Tuesday, Dec. 15, supporting the girls by watching the Lady Bullpups game play out.
