Suwannee issues collection site decals

Grace McAlister [email protected] On Monday, May 23, residents of Suwannee County began receiving their county-issued collections site permit decals in the mail with a letter explaining the purpose of the decal and where to place it on their vehicle windshield. During its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 5, the Suwannee County Board of Commissioners approved Resolution No. (2022-28), which implemented the requirement of a permit decal for entry into Suwannee County Collection Site facilities. This is to ensure only appropriate county residents have access to the collections sites in the hopes of minimizing unauthorized use of the facilities. Effective Monday,
