Suwannee Hardware & Feed to host Christmas on Bridge Street

Jason Futch reporter2@riverbendnews.org The Town of White Springs will be the spot for Christmas celebrations on Friday, Dec. 12, as Christmas on Bridge Street returns for its fourth annual event. It will be an opportunity to taste some of the town’s best chili, dust off that ugly sweater, and visit with Santa. The festivities will kick off at 3 p.m. at Suwannee Hardware & Feed, where a Chili Cookoff will be hosted. For $20, those wishing to participate in the event can drop off their chili between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., with judging and awards to begin at 4 p.m. There will be first, second and third prizes, plus trophies, for the Chili Cookoff.
