Suwannee Education Foundation hosts Teacher/School-Related Employee of the Year Banquet

Jason Futch reporter2@riverbendnews.org Suwannee County School District teachers, employees and community leaders came together to honor both the 2025-26 Teachers of the Year (TOY) and School- Related Employees of the Year (SREOY) at the Suwannee Education Foundation’s (SEF) annual banquet, held at Camp Weed Conference Center on Thursday, Jan. 29. The evening began with recognition of the 2025-26 Principal and Assistant Principal of the Year, awarded to Suwannee High School (SHS) Principal Laura Williams and Branford Elementary School Assistant Principal Melinda Ahrens.
