Suwannee County Republican Party hosts first Constitution Bee

To engender and support knowledge and education about the Constitution, the Suwannee County Republican Party hosted the first of what it hopes will become an annual event – a Constitution Bee for Suwannee County students.
Held on Saturday, Sept. 20, in the Live Oak Public Library, only three days after Constitution Day, it was formatted like a spelling bee. Participants, who could attend any Suwannee County school or be homeschooled, were presented with multiple-choice questions and asked to select the letter of the choice they believed was correct.
