Second Harvest of the Big Bend is thrilled to announce a generous $70,000 grant from State Farm, which will go directly toward supporting the organization's mobile pantries across the Big Bend region. This donation will enhance Second Harvest's ability to bring nutritious food to families in need, particularly those in underserved and rural communities within the organization's 16 county service area who may not have access to traditional food pantries.
"On behalf of Second Harvest of the Big Bend, I would like to extend our sincere thanks to State Farm for their continued commitment and generous donation of $70,000," said Monique Ellsworth, CEO of Second Harvest of the Big Bend.
