Kevin James Gary, a resident of Live Oak who was arrested by the Live Oak Police Department on April 3, 2025, on charges of resisting an officer without violence and lewd or lascivious sexual conduct involving a minor, will not be prosecuted in the case following a filing by the State Attorney’s Office.
According to court records, the State of Florida filed a notice of nolle prosequi, formally ending prosecution of the charges.
