Two students were recognized for their spelling skills during the Suwannee County School Board’s regular meeting on Tuesday, March 24. Christian Davis, an eighth-grade student at Melody Christian Academy, claimed first place in the district spelling bee, while Ella Soto, a sixth-grade student at Westwood Christian School, was named runner-up. Both winners were presented with plaques at the school board meeting to commemorate their accomplishments.
