Southern Baptist Convention votes against same-sex marriage

The wide-ranging resolution calls for the “overturning of laws and court rulings, including Obergefell v. Hodges, that defy God’s design for marriage and family.” A reversal of Obergefell wouldn’t in and of itself be a ban.
