Sound of Suwannee walks away proud after first competition

High school is full of all kinds of extra-curricular activities. Although some may seem more popular than others, each allows teenagers to get a taste of something they might like to do in the future. At Suwannee High School, one of those opportunities is the chance to join the Sound of Suwannee, the school band. Recently, the Sound of Suwannee traveled to participate in the Florida Marching Band Championships at the Ocala Marching Band Festival.
