Single vehicle wreck kills Jasper native

Lee Trawick: [email protected] On Saturday, June 17, Jasper native Juana Susan Allen Williams (61) passed away in a single vehicle accident that occurred at approximately 1:45 p.m. on County Road 143, north of 64th Trail. According to the Florida Highway Patrol report, Williams was traveling northbound on County Road 143 when her sport utility vehicle veered to the right onto the east grass shoulder. The report states Williams reacted by pulling the steering wheel too hard to the left, causing the vehicle to travel across both lanes before traveling into the west ditch.
