A 60 year old Belleview, Fla., resident was pronounced deceased following a single vehicle accident that occurred in Lafayette County on Sunday, Nov. 23.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol accident report, at 3:08 p.m., the unidentified driver was traveling south on County Road 53, north of County Road 250 in a pickup truck. For unknown reasons, the truck traveled off the roadway onto the west shoulder. The vehicle continued west across a field and struck a tree, where it came to final rest.
