SHS to host 2021 FHSAA Girls Weightlifting State Championship

By Danny Federico  Riverbend News Suwannee High School (SHS), located at 1314 Pine Ave. SW in Live Oak, will be hosting the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) 2021 Girls Weightlifting State Championship Class 1A and Class 2A competitions this weekend. Class 1A will compete in two sessions on Friday, Feb. 12. Session one will take place at 9:30 a.m. and will include the following weight classes: 101 lb., 110 lb., 119 lb., 129 lb. and 139 lb. Session two will take place at 1:30 p.m. and will include the following weight classes: 154 lb., 169 lb., 183 lb., 199 lb. and unlimited.
