Search warrant leads to narcotics arrest

Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Contributor A search warrant executed by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday, Dec. 3, led to the arrest of 34-year-old Jasper resident Jacaris Clarence Stubbs and the discovery of a large number of drugs, firearms and drug-manufacturing equipment at his residence. Authorities searched Stubbs's home in Jasper and recovered an arsenal of weapons, including two handguns and two long guns. Investigators also seized 53 pounds of marijuana, 33 pounds of THC-infused edibles, four ounces of MDMA (commonly known as Ecstasy), one pound of psychedelic mushrooms, and 22 THC vape cartridges.
