The Rotary Club of Branford turned up the heat on Saturday, Nov. 9, with its Third Annual Community Festival and Chili Cook-off, drawing food lovers, local crafters, and families for a fun and flavorful day. The festival featured 38 vendors offering a variety of handcrafted goods and treasures, and the cook-off had 16 chili entries.
Entries ranged from a Cincinnati-style chili to the exotically spiced Madagascar chili and even a fiery concoction named "Too Hot to Handle." The event allowed attendees to sample a range of flavors, with each chili bringing its own twist to the classic dish.
