Ring the bells and wave the flag! Edward Rutledge Chapter of DAR presented with Constitution Week proclamation

Lake City Mayor Noah Walker recently presented Jane McClelland, representative of the Edward Rutledge Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), with a proclamation recognizing Constitution Week. This week is observed annually from Sept. 17 to Sept. 23 and commemorates the adoption of the U.S. Constitution in 1787, one of the foundational documents of the United States.
