“Ride for the Sasser” benefit ride to be held for Wyatt Sasser

By Danny Federico Riverbend News A benefit ride is being held in support of Wyatt Sasser, a Live Oak man who was in an early morning single motorcycle accident in Gainesville on Friday, Jan. 1. For an unknown reason, Sasser's motorcycle went off the road and struck a road sign. He was air lifted to Shands UF, where he has remained in the critical care unit since. Sasser has undergone multiple operations over the past month. The event, "Ride for the Sasser," is being held to raise money for Sasser's medical bills and support his wife, SueAnn and his young daughters Lyla and Lilly, while he's out of work.
