Property Fraud Alert available to Florida residents

Nineteen counties in Florida are participating in a program designed to keep property owners informed when possible fraudulent activity is detected. Property Fraud Alert (PFA) notifies subscribers when a document is recorded in their name at participating records offices. Hamilton, Lafayette and Suwannee Counties are three of the counties participating in the program.
