Postal rates set to increase once more

The cost of postage stamps and other mailing services is about to go up again.
The price changes, which include a five-cent increase for First-Class Mail Forever stamps, have been approved by the Postal Regulatory Commission and are scheduled to take effect on Sunday, July 13.
The adjustments, according to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), will raise mailing services about 7.4 percent, an increase that the agency says is part of its “Delivering for America” 10-year plan to achieve financial stability.
