Pioneer Day Art Show is “Bringing Back the Pioneer Spirit”

Danny Federico reporter3.riverbendnews@gmail.com Local artists and crafters of all ages are invited to showcase their creativity at the 2025 Pioneer Day Art Show on Saturday, Oct. 11, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. This annual show is hosted by the GFWC Mayo Woman’s Club as a part of the larger Pioneer Day festivities that take place in Veterans’ Memorial Park. This year’s theme is “Bringing Back the Pioneer Spirit,” and features a variety of media categories, including acrylic, oil, watercolor, pastel, charcoal, pencil, pen and ink, mixed media, sculpture, photography, crafts, sewing, quilts, stained glass and jewelry.
