Just west of the City of Live Oak sits a little white church, rich in faith, history, and roots in its community. Originating in the early 1900s, Pine Level Missionary Baptist Church was officially chartered in 1925.
Today, Pine Level Missionary Baptist Church is a thriving part of the community, hosting its 100-year celebration on Sunday, Sept. 7. A special morning worship service featuring music by “Headin' Home,” a family Bluegrass/Gospel Band from Bloomingdale, Ga., will start the day at 10 a.m., followed by a message from Rev. John Lepper from Williamsburg, Ky. A covered-dish luncheon will follow the morning worship service. After lunch at 1 p.m., there will be more fun and music with an afternoon Worship Concert. The concert will include “Headin' Home” and a special performance by Bluegrass/Gospel band, “The Brothers Five,” also from Bloomingdale, Ga. The day will be filled with worship, praise, great music, terrific food, and unforgettable fellowship.

Pine Level Missionary Baptist Church, located at 11885 217th Rd, in Live Oak, invites you to come and spend the day or visit for as long as you can and enjoy the blessings.
