Payroll issues, contract votes dominate Live Oak City Council discussion

During its regular meeting on Tuesday, May 12, the Live Oak City Council addressed a packed agenda. Discussions included payroll problems, a proposed tobacco and vape ban in public parks, infrastructure and budget concerns, cybersecurity audit issues, code enforcement matters and resolutions involving City Manager Larry Sessions’s contract and salary.
