Minnie Pearl Wiggins-Payne, 81, passed away on September 18, 2022 in Greenville, FL. Minnie was born March 17, 1941 in Jennings, Florida to Bivins Blackston Meeks and Eunice Green Meeks. Minnie was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Beulah Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife, and a loving mother, granny and great granny. Those who knew Minnie Pearl, knew it was gonna be her way or not at all. She was always on the go, whether it be with the church and its functions or hosting AVON get togethers.
