On Tuesday, Sept. 2, Live Oak Mayor Frank Davis signed a proclamation for Constitution Week, observed annually from Sept. 17 to Sept. 23, commemorating the 1787 adoption of the United States Constitution. Witnessing the signing were Edward Rutledge Chapter/Daughters of the American Revolution members.
